When booking please make sure to select your usual groomer, our team are all self employed and therefore have their own booking systems, client lists and working hours.

 

If you try to book with a different groomer any rolling deposits or credit on your account does not transfer and the groomer may not have access to your original account.​

Please use the email address you have used previously for bookings, if you havent yet logged in on this system click 'don't remember your password' to have a reset password link sent to your email. Check your Junk box as it may arrive in there.

New Customers are required to have a meet & greet before booking their first appointment with us and may be contacted directly by our team if we need to clarify some information before your booking is accepted.
