Please Read Before Booking
When booking your appointment, please make sure to select your usual groomer. Our team members are all self-employed and therefore manage their own booking systems, client lists, and working hours.
Please note that if you book with a different groomer, any rolling deposits or account credit will not transfer, and the groomer may not have access to your previous booking history.
Existing Customers
Please use the same email address you have previously used for bookings.
If you have not yet logged into the new booking system, simply click “Don’t remember your password?” to receive a password reset link by email.
Please remember to check your junk or spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
New Customers
New customers are required to complete a short meet & greet before their first appointment.
A member of our team may contact you directly if we need to clarify any information before confirming your booking request.
