Our Story.
Lisburn Dog Groomers has been part of the local community since 2010, originally founded by Emma Moulds from a small portacabin in the back garden of her parents’ home.
What started as a small one-person business quickly grew through word of mouth, loyal clients, and a genuine passion for caring for dogs properly. Many of the clients who first walked through our doors over a decade ago are still with us today — although these days we may be grooming a new generation of family pets.
Over the years, we’ve shared in the excitement of new puppies, supported owners through the heartbreak of saying goodbye to beloved pets, and built lasting relationships with both dogs and their families. For us, grooming has always been about far more than just haircuts.
In 2015, Lisburn Dog Groomers moved into our current salon in Ballymacash, where the business continued to grow into the trusted local salon it is today.
Throughout the years, many talented groomers have trained and worked within the salon. Several have gone on to open successful businesses of their own, and we are incredibly proud to have been part of their journey and development within the industry.
In 2026, after 18 years in the grooming industry, Emma handed the reins of Lisburn Dog Groomers over to Chelsea. Having joined the salon in 2025, Chelsea quickly became a valued part of the day-to-day running of the business and built wonderful relationships with both clients and their pets through her calm nature, people skills, and genuine love for animals.
Today, Chelsea works alongside Natasha to continue the next chapter of Lisburn Dog Groomers, creating a welcoming, relaxed environment where dogs and owners feel comfortable and cared for. With almost 30 years of combined grooming experience between them, your pets are always in safe and experienced hands.
We know every dog is different, and we pride ourselves on taking the time to build trust, work patiently, and create a grooming experience tailored to each individual pet.

Head Stylist
Chelsea joined Lisburn Dog Groomers in 2025 and quickly became a valued part of the salon thanks to her calm approach, strong people skills, and natural ability with dogs of all temperaments.
With almost 15 years experience, now leading the next chapter of Lisburn Dog Groomers, Chelsea is passionate about creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where both pets and owners feel comfortable. She understands that grooming is about building trust and long-term relationships, not simply completing appointments.

Natasha
Senior Stylist
Natasha brings almost 10 years of grooming experience, knowledge, and a calm presence to the salon team.
She works closely alongside Chelsea to ensure every dog receives patient handling, professional grooming, and individual care tailored to their needs.
Whether working with puppies experiencing grooming for the first time, maintaining regular grooming routines, or helping nervous dogs feel at ease, Natasha’s gentle approach helps create a positive experience for both dogs and owners alike.
